Muntinlupa City Mayor Jaime Fresnedi honors Munti
Chess Whiz Ma. Yssabelle Joyce Semillano for winning 2 silver medals in the
ASEAN Chess Competition 2011 and 2012 held in Vietnam; winning 2nd
silver award in the 2014 Palarong Pambansa. Yssabelle is now a chess varsity
player and a scholar in the University of Sto. Tomas. Mayor Fresnedi empower
all youth through quality education and supports Muntinlupa athletes. In the
