Muntinlupa City Mayor Jaime Fresnedi gave financial
assistance to the first batch of 39 Muntinlupa Scholarship Program academic scholars
and to 56 skilled and technical scholars in the Muntinlupa City Technical
Institute (MCTI) that can motivate them to excel more in their academic works
and eventually turn back their knowledge to the city and to their fellow
Muntinlupeños in the future. Fresnedi gave financial assistance to the MCTI
scholars that will help them strive more to be a successful licensed skilled
and technical workers.
