Fresnedi tested the Blade Insert Technology the RSX 180-80 Gold plus Cutter
from Weber Hydraulics of German/Austria the first in the Philippines for rescue
on vehicular extrication accidents and collapsed structures. Assisting Fresnedi
is Mr. Hans J. Griese, Weber rescue systems South East Asia Delegate. Mayor
Fresnedi purchased the P 14Million (estimated amount) rescue equipments to
ensure the effectivess and quality service of the Muntinlupa City Rescue during
calamities. Disaster preparedness in Fresnedi’s goal for the city of Muntinlupa.
