Munti LGU implements total ban on firecrackers


The local government of Muntinlupa will implement total ban on firecrackers, prohibiting the manufacture, sale, and use of pyrotechnic devices this Christmas and New Year season.

Muntinlupa City police chief Senior Superintendent Nicolas Salvador said that the local Peace and Order Council will put up random checkpoints and conduct monitoring along streets and marketplaces to apprehend violators of City Ordinance No. 14-092.

The City Government passed local Ordinance banning the display and distribution of firecrackers in Muntinlupa on its effort to lower casualties and harmful effects of pyrotechnic devices to health and environment.

Barangays, owner of malls or similar establishments may sponsor “community fireworks display” in designated area upon acquiring permit from Philippine National Police and Bureau of Fire Protection.

During the ordinance’s implementation last 2014, the City Health Office recorded significant decrease in fatalities and casualties from 18 bodily injuries and one (1) death case in 2013 to only six (6) cases of injuries in 2014.

Mayor Jaime Fresnedi discourages locals to patronize illegal selling of fireworks display products and asks for participation in the City Government’s crackdown campaign of such devices.

Violators caught with pyrotechnic devices, firecrackers and similar explosives will be charged with a minimum of P1,000 up to P5,000 fine or imprisonment of not more than one (1) month to six (6) months.


Muntinlupa LGU will conduct a motorcade and distribute torotot (trumpets) and candies on December 30 to raise awareness in the implementation of the city ordinance and encourage everyone to use alternative ways to celebrate the holidays.

BARANGAY ACCOMPLISHMENTS REPORT FOR THE FIRST SEMESTER CALENDAR YEAR 2015:

Barangay Ayala Alabang Report Summary:
Alinsunod sa Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) Memorandum Circular No. 2015107 iprinisinta ng Barangay Ayala Alabang  Information Officers noong October 12, 2015 ang kanilang mga naging accomplishment sa loob ng anim na bwan mula Enero hanggang Hunyo 2015 sa ginanap na regular na Information Officers meeting.

Naging masigasig ang nasabing Barangay sa pagpapatupad ng iba’t ibang mga serbisyo at proyekto na alay sa kanilang mga nasasakupan.

 Sa pagpasok ng taong 2015 ang taunang Business Permit Renewal ang kanilang tinutukan sa pamamagitan ng paglalagay ng mga representatives ang Barangay Alabang na makakatulong upang mapabilis sa pagkuha o pagrenew ng mga business permit para sa kanilang Barangay. Naglungsad din sila ng mga ordinansa, isa na dito ang Cat Trapping and Dog Ordinance.

Katuwang ng pamahalaang lungsod ang bawat barangay sa pagbibigay ng mga mabubuting serbisyo at programa na makakatulong sa maayos na pamumuhay ng bawat Muntinlupeño, sa pamamagitan ng  pagbibigay nila ng mga medical services tulad ng, Free Medical Exams,  Medical Orientation – Psychological First Aid, Blood Letting Activity, Operation Tuli, Free Memory Screening for the senior Citizens, Free Flu Vaccine and Blood Sugar Screening, maging ang kanilang mga alagang hayop ay nabibigyan din ng serbisyo tulad ng naisagawang Anti-Rabies Dog Day Event.

Bukod sa medical services, binibigyan din nila ng pansin ang pagpapaunlad ng kakayahan at kasanayan ng mga Muntinlupeñong naninirahan sa kanilang Barangay, tulad ng; Fire Prevention Talk, Disaster Prepareness, Educational Talk at nagkaroon din ng Inspection of Putatan Water Plant – Source of Water of Ayala Alabang Residents upang magkaroon ng karagdagang kaalaman at mapanatili ang kalinisan ng water source.

 Nagsagawa din ng mga sports clinic para sa mga kabataan at maging sa mga senior s citizens tulad ng, Summer League, Swimming Lesson, Ultimate Frisbee, Volleyball Clinic and Gold Tournament naman para sa mga senior Citizens.

Katuwang din ang nasabing barangay sa pangangalaga ng ating kalikasan, kaakibat ng kanilang mga infrastructure projects and services nanakakatulong sa pagpapanatili ng malinis na kapaligiran gaya ng paglalagay ng Solar Light at pag-gamit ng Electronic Jeep sa kanilang lugar.

Ipinapakita ng Barangay Ayala Alabang ang kanilang maayos na pagseserbisyo para sa kanilang mga nasasakupan, dahil ito sa kanilang paniniwala na posibleng maabot ang maayos na pamumuhay ng bawat isa kung sila ay sama-samang nagtutulungan, dahil “kayang-kaya kung sama-sama”.

Muntinlupa conferred with Seal of Good Local Governance


2015 Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG) of the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) was officially conferred to Muntinlupa City after meeting all the criteria of the recognition which symbolizes integrity and good performance of local governments.

DILG Assistant Secretary for Plans and Programs Josefina Castilla-Go awarded the marker of SGLG to Mayor Jaime Fresnedi, along with P5,000,000 cash incentive for development programs, in the City Government’s flag raising ceremony last September 7.

Muntinlupa passed the three (3) Core Components of the Seal: Good Financial Housekeeping, Disaster Preparedness, Social Protection; and all the three (3) Essential Components namely: Business Friendliness and Competitiveness, Peace and Order, and Environmental Management.

Asec. Go proudly presented the award to Mayor Fresnedi, in behalf of DILG Secretary Mar Roxas, for being one of the three recipients in National Capital Region and among 254 others across the country this year.

Go lauded the leadership of the forefront leaders and efforts of Muntinlupa LGU workforce in laboring to sustain transparency and accountability in the use of its public funds, enhance preparedness level for challenges in disaster, address the needs of vulnerable sectors, take initiative for employment and investment, capacitate security personnel, and safeguard integrity of environment.

Mayor Jaime Fresnedi accepted the challenge of continuing reforms to do better in public service being accountable to the people.

“This milestone [SGLG] will inspire us to push ourselves forward and strengthen our commitment to be worthy of the position in the service of Muntinlupeños,” Fresnedi says.

Tabaco, Albay exec lauds Muntinlupa GAD programs


Tabaco Councilor Lourdes Belangel-Berces praised the Gender and Development Office of Muntinlupa for their best practices in their benchmark visit to the city last September 4.

Berces said the agency's thrust to further equal rights and access in services for every local is something they will embark on as they establish their own development programs.

Mayor Jaime Fresnedi welcomed the delegation and said that the City Government is honored to host their learning trip and looked forward in also visiting their city in Albay.

"We are privileged to be chosen by your city for your Lakbay Aral and may we impart our cause and efforts in breaking gender issues through our programs to your initiatives in creating avenues for inclusive development," Fresnedi says.

Muntinlupa GAD program director Trina Biazon presented the city's best practices such as the creation of local GAD code, free breast cancer screening and medical assistance, Yellow Corn livelihood project, Wellness Center, and Abot Alam Project which fosters Out-of-School Youth beneficiaries.

Biazon says GAD Muntinlupa is committed in strengthening equal rights and benefits for constituency, specifically for the disadvantaged sector, through legislations, programs, and projects.

Adelfa de Guzman, Saklolo at Gabay sa Ina at Pamilya (SAGIP) executive director, further explains local programs addressing violence against women and children such as implementation of Center Based Programs focused on the immediate response to the needs of abused women and children, creation of violence against women and children (VAWC) desk in every barangay, among others.
SAGIP is a civic organization partner of the City Government of Muntinlupa, a 24-hour crisis center for women and children who are victims/survivor of various kinds of violence.


The delegates of Tabaco, Albay are conducting a "Lakbay Aral" program in which they will visit different local government units in Greater Metro Manila and neighboring cities to adapt best practices.

PWD-friendly establishments in Munti lauded

Three establishments in Muntinlupa City were given recognition for their compliance to the minimum requirements of the accessibility law for Persons with Disabilities (PWD) last August 3, in the local government’s flag raising rites.

Mayor Jaime Fresnedi awarded plaque of commendation to the administration of Alabang Town Center, Bellevue Manila, and Ospital ng Muntinlupa for passing the audit access audits conducted by Muntinlupa Social Services Department last July 24.

According to SSD – PWD Division social worker Caridad Molo, SSD overseen a monitoring and evaluation of establishments in the city to determine the accessibility of the buildings in terms of ease of use for PWDs, elderly, pregnant women, among others.

Molo said that in their inspection, only three out of 12 inspected buildings adhere with Batas Pambansa Bilang 344, An Act to Enhance the Mobility of Disabled Persons by Requiring Certain Buildings, Institutions, Establishments and Public Utilities to Install Facilities and Other Devices.

Some of the provisions of BP 344 include considerations on architectural facilities and features for stairs, walkways, doors and entrance, washrooms, lifts/elevator, ramps, parking areas, handrails, public telephones, and seating accommodations.

Mayor Fresnedi encouraged all mall owners, commercial establishments, and offices to enforce the implementation of accessibility features for PWDs in their premises.

Muntinlupa City Hall shares a PWD-friendly facilities to locals such as ramps and parking spaces set apart for their group.

The local government of Muntinlupa extends full-pledged support to PWDs through medical, financial, and livelihood assistance. SSD Muntinlupa recently conducted voters’ registration and medical mission for PWDs last July 20 and 25, respectively. As of August 2015, SSD recorded 4,667 PWDs in the city.


Muntinlupa City joined the nation in celebrating the 37th National Disability Prevention and Rehabilitation Week on July 17-23 with its theme, “Health and Wellness Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities toward Inclusive Development for All.”

Drug dealer on watch list nabbed in Munti

One of illegal drug dealers under Muntinlupa Police’s watchlist arrested on a buy-bust operation was presented to Mayor Jaime Fresnedi, last July 9.

Fresnedi lauded the local police on augmented crackdown campaign to illegal drugs circulation in the city.

Muntinlupa City Police PSSUPT Allan Nobleza said members of the City Station Anti-Illegal Drugs - Special Operation Task Group (SAID-SOTG) conducted an entrapment/buy-bust operation leading to the arrest of Mirvin Nofuente, 38 y/o, electrician, residing at Purok 4, Brgy. Sucat, Muntinlupa City, last July 3.

Nobleza added that a police officer from the arresting team acted as a buyer in the suspect’s residence at around 3:00pm when SAID-SOTG apprehended Nofuente in the act of selling illegal drugs.

Recovered from the suspect were one piece of heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing undetermined quantity of white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu and one piece of one thousand peso bill buy-bust money.

Drug evidence confiscated were brought to Southern Police District, PNP-Crime Laboratory for examination and proper disposal.

According to police report, the suspect will be charged for violation of Section 5 and 11 of Art. II of RA 9165 Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 upon the result of examination before the City Prosecutor’s Office.


The local government of Muntinlupa, through Muntinlupa Police and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Office, continues to strengthen Intel programs and entrapment operations to shutdown illegal drugs trade in the city.

Mga Paghahanda ng Muntinlupa City sa Buwan ng Nutrisyon



Kasama ng Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Muntinlupa ang National Nutrition Council sa ilalim ng pangangasiwa ng Department of Health, maging ang iba’t ibang ahensiya at mga lokal na pamahalaan ukol sa pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Nutrisyon sa buong bansa.

Suportado naman ni Mayor Fresnedi ang mga ginagawang paghahanda ng Muntinlupa sa pamamagitan ng City Nutrition Committee at ng City Health Office sa Pangunguna ni Dr. Magdalena Meana.

Ngayong Hulyo ng taon ay ipinagdiriwang ang ika 41st Nutrition Month na may temang “Timbang iwasto, sa tamang nutrisyon at ehersisyo!” o “Achieve normal weight through proper nutrition and physical activity”.

Ang Nutrition Month ay isinasagawa upang maslubos na mapalaganap ang kaalaman ng mga Pilipino sa kahalagahan ng nutrisyon  at mga pisikal na gawain upang maiwasan at maayos ang sobrang pagtaas o labis na pagbaba ng timbang ng iba’t-ibang edad ng ating mamayan.

Narito ang mga programang nakahanda para sa pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Nutrisyon;

65% of Munti locals satisfied with LGU’s services

According to the Citizen Satisfaction Index System of the Department of Interior and Local Government, in cooperation with Ateneo School of Government, 65% of the locals in Muntinlupa are generally ‘satisfied’ with the LGU’s services while 29% are neutral and 6% shows dissatisfaction.

Survey also shows significant results on the residents’ perception on need and satisfaction to the City Government’s programs in Support to Education, Social Welfare, Environmental Services, and Public Works and Infrastructure.

The Citizen Satisfaction Index System aims to capture relevant citizens’ feedback and satisfaction on local governments’ service delivery performance.

National Focal Person for CSIS Rusell Castañeda explained that through the survey, CSIS thrust to help local government units evaluate programs and create a Citizen-Driven Priority Action Plan to improve satisfaction from constituency.

Castañeda added that as the organization put the results in application, it helps embark in the Local Government Code, RA 7160, Section 16 to elicit efficient and effective governance to the promotion of the general welfare.

CSIS comprises of 8 service areas namely Health, Support to Education, Social Welfare, Environmental Management, Public Works and Infrastructure, Governance and Response, Agricultural Support, and Tourism Promotion.

Core concepts gathered in the survey conducted were the respondents’ awareness, availment, satisfaction, and importance of the LGU’s services.

Assistant Project Manager of CSIS in Ateneo School of Government Alvin del Castillo discussed that the survey was conducted in January 2015 and recorded the respondents’ feedback six months prior to the data gathering.

He added that the results challenges the city in linking the perceptions of citizens and actual service implementation, translating them into actual action points.

Mayor Jaime Fresnedi told local execs and officials not to be complacent on the data and continue to enhance the City Government’s services.


Fresnedi administration continues build linkages with national agencies and the academe to get the pulse of the locals in effectively serving them.

Munti LGU benchmarking visit to Iloilo hub


Delegates from the local government of Muntinlupa, through the Gender and Development Office, visited the province of Iloilo, one of GAD’s learning hub, for a three-day convention, “GAD…Where are We Now?” organized by the Women Involved in Nation-building (WIN) thrust to capacitate LGU personnel widen horizon on furthering inclusive development for all and eliminating gender biases.

The forum discussed women’s role in development on a local, national scale, and how can the local government units tap the invaluable potential of an all-encompassing growth.

The three-day convention also comprised benchmark visits to Iloilo’s provincial government units in studying best practices of women economic empowerment, among others.

Muntinlupa LGU delegates visited the Municipality of Miag-ao, known for its successful GAD project on “hablon” weaving which turned as a livelihood project for its locals.

Miag-ao Mayor Macario Napulan shared the city’s humble beginnings in attaining gender sensitive programs and projects for Miagaonons.

He added that the willpower to preserve their culture, hablon textile industry, and strong commitment to give women access to economic opportunities were their driving force that gave birth to a gender responsive enabling environment for women's economic empowerment, especially in microenterprise.

The Municipality of Miagao contributed to the celebrated and distinguished Gender-Responsive Economic Actions for the Transformation of Women (GREAT Women) Project which thrust to escalate the need for an equal development for all and addressing gender issues.

WIN executive Corazon del Mundo empowered the participants to mainstream GAD projects on LGU plan and budget in setting voice for vulnerable sector such as the women group.

Muntinlupa LGU representatives take on the challenge of advancing women rights and moving forward GAD services to give locals access to economic avenues for growth.

The City Government of Muntinlupa, in the leadership of Mayor Jaime Fresnedi, is one of the cities in Metro Manila which already passed a GAD Code constituting women rights as part of the City Council’s priority program.

Fresnedi administration significantly embraces gender sensitivity as part of its development programs for constituency.

Muntinlupa City Rescue Wagi sa 1st MMDA Rescue Olympics

1st place ang Muntinlupa City Rescue sa kaunaunahang MMDA Rescue Olympics na ginanap noong Hunyo 2, 2015 sa Quirino Grandstand, Luneta Park, Lungsod ng Maynila na nilahukan ng 17 LGU kasama ang ating lungsod.

Ang nasabing programa ay pinangunahan ng Metro Manila Development Authority o MMDA na pinamumunuan ni Chairman Francis Tolentino, na may layuning, maipakita at maibahagi ang iba’t ibang kakayahan ng mga rescue teams at maging ang pagpapatibay ng magandang samahan at kooperasyon ng bawat isa.

Inihahanda din ang mga kalahok na rescue teams sa posibleng pagdating nga mga kalamidad tulad ng malakas na lindol at iba pa.

Tinanghal na Champion ang Lungsod ng Pasig, na sinundan naman ng Lungsod ng Muntinlupa, at ng Lungsod ng Parañaque.

Pinatunayan lamang ng Muntinlupa City Rescue, na ang ating lungsod ay hindi magpapahuli at patuloy na pinalalakas ang mga serbisyo para sa Muntinlupeño ito ay dahil sa mabuting pamamahala ni Mayor Fresnedi.

DA, Munti GAD Office’s women education efforts win International search


The Department of Agriculture and Muntinlupa City’s Gender and Development office’s efforts to educate and empower women was chosen as one of the winners in the Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative’s (YSEALI) #LetGirlsLearn search for outstanding endeavours to educate women.
The DA and Muntinlupa City’s GAD Office’s chocolate-making, fish deboning, peanut butter, coco jam and rice cake-making workshop’s won the heart of US First Lady Michelle Obama and was chosen as one of the top four women-education stories in the said search.
YSEALI announced on its Facebook account its search for stories and photos that show efforts to help educate women in support of the First Lady’s trip to Cambodia to promote #LetGirlsLearn, a U.S. government initiative to ensure adolescent girls get the education they deserve, last March 18.
Annray Rivera, Public Relations Officer III of the Office of the Secretary, Department of Agriculture said in her entry, “It is in support of the Honorable First Lady Michelle Obama's trip to Cambodia to promote #LetGirlsLearn that I write to share our humble contributions for the education of the women in our community by teaching them to be an entrepreneurs by helping them add value to agricultural products they can sell as a source of additional income,”
According to Rivera her group were going around Muntinlupa City, Philippines where there is a large numbers of homemakers that need help in their daily subsistence.
First Lady Obama handpicked Rivera’s entry as one of the four best and even flaunted it on her Tweeter account @FLOTUS on March 22.
The American First Lady used the four winning entries in her trip to ASEAN countries promoting #LetGirlsLearn. Launched in 2013, YSEALI is U.S. President Barack Obama’s signature program to strengthen leadership development and networking in ASEAN.
The YSEALI community consists of bright young leaders 18–35 years old from Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Burma, Philippines, Laos, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.

Munti Tourism launches Movie by The Lake


Escape in the busy streets of Metro, connecting in countryside and a Friday movie date in one.

Muntinlupa Cultural and Tourism Development Office invites everyone to come visit Movie by The Lake and rest with nature every Friday, 6pm at Jamboree Lake, NBP Reservation, Muntinlupa City.

Launched last April 23, hundreds of locals enjoyed in the open movie theatre with its opening film “The Night at The Museum 2” at the smallest lake in the country, free of charge.

The City Government of Muntinlupa installed a big screen near lakeshore across a landscape terraces where moviegoers have the comfort of enjoying the free film viewing.

This ingenious presentation of motion pictures thrust to promote Jamboree Lake as one of Muntinlupa’s historical sites and invite tourists to see the beauty of the “Gateway to the Calabarzon.”

Jamboree Lake is located in the premises of National Bilibid Prisons where numerous sites of the city are located such as the Bureau of Corrections Administration Building, Director’s Quarters, Japanese Cemetery and many others.

Mayor Jaime Fresnedi commits to revive and preserve Muntinlupa’s cultural heritage for the constituency.

The Movie by The Lake will be showing Red Riding Hood, from the director of the hit series Twilight Saga this May 15.

Munti sets up free viewing of Mayweather - Pacquiao fight in ten locations

The countdown begins for “The Fight of The Century” and residents in Muntinlupa need not to spend money on pay-per-view houses just to witness Pacquiao-Mayweather bout as the local government of Muntinlupa will set up live streaming of the boxing match on May 3, Sunday.

Mayor Jaime Fresnedi announced that the city government will host free viewing of the fight without commercial breaks in ten different locations across the city.

Muntinlupeños can view the fight at the following locations: Muntinlupa Sports Complex, Bayanan Baywalk, Cupang Elementary School, Sucat Elementary School, Southville Elementary School, Soldier’s Hills Subdivision Covered Court, Alabang Elementary School, Buli Covered Court, Filinvest Socialized Housing Covered Court, and Covered Court Basilan Street, Maguindanao Avenue, Ayala Alabang.

Fresnedi said he wants to provide venues for free viewing of the match so they can support Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao in his fight as one city. The local chief added that Muntinlupa joins in praying for Pacquiao’s safe fight.

Deputy Administrator Roger John Smith said that there will be no ticketing system in the event and it will be a first come, first served basis.

He added that gates in the venues will be open early as 6AM for the spectators to find a good viewing spot and be able to watch undercard matches.

Top junkies in Munti fall

Muntinlupa’s top illegal drug personality along with notorious pushers are now behind bars after a series of entrapment operations conducted by the local Police Department and Drug Prevention and Control Office (DAPCO) across the city.

Members of Muntinlupa Police and DAPCO arrested Alvin Sibayan, ranked no. 5 in the Top 10 Illegal Drug Personalities of Muntinlupa City in a buy-bust operation last April 21, about 9:40PM at PNR Site, Purok 3, Bayanan.

Police Senior Superintendent Allan Nobleza said that the suspect was apprehended after transacting with a poseur buyer from Station Anti-Illegal Drugs-Special Operation Task Group (SAID-SOTG).

Nobleza said one heat sealed sachet of “shabu” and marked money amounting to P500 were collected from Sibayan.

Muntinlupa Police also seized two junkies on the local watch list of illegal drug personalities red-handed last April 24. SAID-SOTG squad nabbed infamous illegal drug pusher identified as Michael “Mike Bulalo” Raymundo and Nancy dela Cruz in a parallel buy-bust operations at Purok 2, Sucat and PNR Site, Purok 3, Bayanan, respectively.

According to the police report, ten pieces of heat sealed sachet of suspected “shabu” and marked two P500 bills were confiscated from Raymundo while one piece of sachet of “shabu” was recovered from dela Cruz.

Evidences collected from the suspects were brought to Southern Police District, PNP-Crime Laboratory for examination and proper disposal.

Nobleza added that the suspects will be charged for Violation of Sec. 5 & 11, Art II of RA 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act.

Mayor Jaime Fresnedi continues to strengthen the security arm of the local government to diminish circulation of illegal drugs in the city.

NBI, PSA, COMELEC opens satellite offices in Starmall Alabang




The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) opened its 72nd satellite office, alongside Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) and Commission on Elections (COMELEC) – Muntinlupa at Starmall Alabang.

Previously located at Muntinlupa City Public Market, the NBI, PSA, and COMELEC Munti transfer to the second floor of Starmall Alabang, and still accept regular office transactions such as: NBI Clearance service, birth registration, voting registration, and many others.

National Bureau of Investigation director Atty. Virgilio Mendez graced the launching of the satellite offices and lauded the local government of Muntinlupa in bringing national services a step closer to its locals.

“The transference of these offices in places which people have an easy access, such as malls, is something to be commended, for it will not only help the people of Muntinlupa but also the nearby towns like Taguig, Parañaque and Laguna,” Mendez said.

Aside from Mendez, those present in the event were COMELEC National Capital Region director Atty. Jubil Surmieda, PSA deputy national statistician Estellita de Guzman, and former BOC commissioner Ruffy Biazon who expressed their gratitude to Muntinlupa Mayor Jaime Fresnedi in his initiative to strengthen ties between the national and local government to better serve the public.

Fresnedi said the opening of new satellite offices in malls is part of the City Government’s commitment in efficiently and effectively delivering services to Muntinlupeños.
“The local government will push strenuous effort in creating avenues for constituents’ convenience to have access on national services,” Fresnedi added.

Muntinlupa Public Information Office chief Tez Navarro said that Starmall Alabang gave free rental fee on satellite offices and the LGU’s only expenditure are generation and communication charges.

Other office which transferred to Starmall Alabang was the Muntinlupa City Muslim Affairs Office, which is the first Muslim arm of LGU in NCR.

Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Programs (4P’s)


Mahigit sa 1,300 na pamilyang Muntinlupeño ang nabigyan ng tulong pinansyal sa pamamagitan ng Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program ng DSWD – NCR sa pakikipag tulungan ng Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Muntinlupa sa pamumuno ni Mayor Atty. Jaime R. Fresnedi , Congressman Rodolfo Biazon at Social Services Department noong Abril 15, 2015 sa City Hall Quadrangle.

Ang programang ito ng pamahalaan ay naka desenyong maabot ang mga pamilyang hikahos sa buhay na mayroong anak na edad 0-18 taong gulang ,upang matulungan ang mga ito sa kanilang pag-aaral at kalusugan.

Ang bawat pamilyang kwalipikado sa programa ay tumatanggap ng conditional cash transfer scheme na kaparehong ginagawa sa ibang maunlad na bansa.

Layunin din nito ang pag-sugpo sa matinding kahirapan at gutom, maachieve ang universal primary education, promote gender equality, reduce child mortality at ma-improve ang maternal health.

Ang pamahalaang Lungsod ng Muntinlupa bilang pakikiisa sa layunin ng programang ito ay naglulunsad rin ng iba’t ibang programa at serbisyo para sa ating mga kababayang hikahos sa buhay, katulad na lamang ng programang dagdag puhunan, Livelihood programs at maging paglulunsad ng mga trainings and seminars na makakatulong upang magkaroon sila ng karagdagang kaalaman at kasanayan sa buhay.
